The Harmony is a unique and special property, located in Nosara, Costa Rica, The Harmony has 24 rooms and is steps from the beach. There are no phones in the rooms and The Harmony were using our web chat feature to communicate with guests. What they discovered was guests were texting food orders to the concierge. They are very concerned with keeping the “Unplug” aspect, but realized guests use their phone for everything ~ even when they unplug. So as of Friday we turn on the mobile ordering for room service and the pool area.
